Shipping, Handling, and Processing Policy

  • Orders under $100 on Orbano will be charged a flat-rate fee of $15 per order.
  • Orders made through sales representatives outside of Orbano, which are under $150, will have a flat-rate surcharge of $15 per order for local delivery or UPS items.
  • All motor freight shipments will have a minimum delivery charge of $175.
  • All Grand Format shipments below $3,000 will be subject to a $300 delivery charge.

Qualifiers for Free Shipping*

  • Any local delivery or UPS Ground order over $100, when placed on Orbano, qualifies.
  • Any local delivery/UPS Ground order over $150, when not placed on Orbano, qualifies.
  • Any order with over $3,000 of Grand Format shipments, excluding motor freight shipments, qualifies.
  • Changing the shipping method or choosing “Ship Now” will result in additional shipping charges.
  • Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are not eligible for free shipping and will be charged accordingly.

  • Local delivery services might be available in your area, with a minimum order requirement.
  • Hazardous Material: Some items cannot be shipped by air and may require ground service.
  • Shipping Time: ORBANO, Inc. keeps thousands of items in stock for immediate shipping. Orders containing custom or out-of-stock items may take longer to ship. If your order is time-sensitive, please consult your Customer Support Agent for assistance.

Pricing

  • Prices may change without notice due to variations in raw material and energy costs.
  • Promotional Pricing
  • Some products are not eligible for promotions due to manufacturer minimum resale pricing. Exclusions include 3M Envision products, other 3M™ products, Epson inks, certain HP inks, and Hardware/Software products. All items may be excluded due to manufacturer-imposed pricing restrictions.

Return Policy for Stock & Non-Stock items

  • Items bought from ORBANO can be returned within 30 days from the invoice date. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. After receiving the item, a refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Custom items are not eligible for return.
  • Non-stock items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Customer-related returns are subject to the following handling fee:
  • Return via UPS or local delivery: $15
  • Return via Motor Freight: $175

Warranties

  • Claims for defective materials should be submitted directly to the relevant manufacturer according to their warranty terms. ORBANO will reach out to the manufacturer to start the claim process. If the manufacturer requests samples, ORBANO will provide UPS labels for the customer. ORBANO does not offer any warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer. ORBANO will not be liable for any labor costs associated with defective products.

Payment Terms

Credit Cards: MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express are welcome. Paypal is also an accepted mode of payment.

Remittance Payment Address

ORBANO has introduced lockbox deposit services with J.P. Morgan Chase. This service accepts checks, ACH, and wire transfer payments. Payments can still be made to ORBANO, but sending all future check payments and remittance details to the new address is essential to prevent processing delays. The change in the remittance address does not alter or extend credit terms or modify the terms and conditions of prompt pay discounts.

 

Your remittance advice needs to include specific information to avoid delays in processing and posting payments. The remittance detail needs to include invoice date, prompt payment discount, and amount paid for each invoice, as well as ORBANO’s 9-digit invoice/credit memo number and 2-digit extension, including the dash (i.e., 012345678-01) for every item related to the payment.

Credit Card Chargeback

Any chargeback filed will cause the account to be suspended until the chargeback is resolved. Customers should contact Accounting before filing a chargeback. If the chargeback is resolved in ORBANO’s favor, the account will be responsible for any associated fees and will be changed to advance payment only. NSF Checks

There is a $25.00 fee for NSF checks.

Sales Tax

ORBANO, INC SALES AND USE TAX POLICY STATEMENT

We have prepared this sales tax policy statement to explain to you when and why we collect sales tax on your purchases.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The tax and shipping fees added to your order vary based on the delivery location and your chosen products or services. You may still be responsible even if we don’t collect sales tax. Residents of Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon are exceptions, but in most states, you must report and pay tax on purchases not taxed at the time of sale. ORBANO, INC DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX in any state where it DOES NOT have physical presence (or nexus) because ORBANO, INC. is not required to collect sales or use tax in these states.

FOR OUR TAX-EXEMPT CUSTOMERS:
ORBANO, INC. DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX if we have your exemption certificate on file for the corresponding state. If we are shipping into a state ORBANO, INC. has physical presence (or nexus), a tax-exempt certificate will be required for that state.
