We do not gather any information from individuals under the age of 13. Our website, products, and services are intended for people who are at least 13 years old or older. By using this site, you confirm that you are not under 13 years old.

B. Indirect Collection
To offer customizable and personalized services, many websites, including ours, use cookies and other online tracking technologies to store and sometimes monitor information about you.

Technologies We Use

Cookies:

A cookie is a small data file stored on a visitor’s hard drive that helps us improve access to our site and recognize repeat visitors. For example, cookies allow us to remember you, so you won’t need to log in each time you visit, saving you time. They also help us track and understand user interests to enhance your site experience. Our digital marketing partners (third parties) might use cookies to gather or receive information from our websites and use it for measurement and targeted advertising. You can opt out of cookies through your browser settings, but this may affect your user experience.

Google Analytics:
Google Analytics is a web analysis service offered by Google Inc. It uses user data, including browser and computer settings such as screen resolution, operating system, and cookies that track whether a user is returning, to analyze and monitor website usage. Google prepares reports on user activities and may share them with other Google services. Google might use this data to tailor and personalize ads within its advertising network. The information collected by Google Analytics does not include personally identifiable information. Click here to review Google’s privacy policy.

  • User ID for Google Analytics:
Google Analytics employs a feature known as “User ID,” which enables more precise tracking by linking a user with the same ID across different sessions and devices. This setup is designed so that Google cannot personally identify an individual or permanently recognize a specific device. The User ID feature may allow for the integration of data from Google Analytics with other user information collected through this website. Opting out via the link below will only disable tracking on the current device, and will not affect tracking conducted independently by the site owner.

  • To opt out of tracking via Google Analytics, please reach out to us using the contact information provided at the end of this Policy. You can also learn more about this technology and opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Google AdWords:

Orbano uses the AdWords service to deliver targeted ads (such as search and display ads) to users off-site. This service may be used for remarketing based on your visits and behavior on Orbano.com. AdWords employs the same cookie technology mentioned earlier, which does not include any personally identifiable information. If you wish to opt out of Google’s use of cookies, please visit Google’s Ads Settings.

Hubspot
Orbano uses CRM & Marketing, a web customer relationship management and marketing service provided by HubSpot, Inc. HubSpot employs cookies to assist Orbano in managing client relationships. The information generated by these cookies about your use of the site is stored by HubSpot on servers in the United States. Visit here for more information about what cookies HubSpot sets in web browsers. HubSpot’s privacy policy is available here.

OneSignal Tracking:
Orbano uses OneSignal to send push notifications to your mobile device. For details on OneSignal’s tracking and push notification practices, please refer to their privacy policy here. We will obtain your prior express written consent before sending you any telemarketing-related push notifications.

Social Media:
The website allows you to use third-party social networking platforms, such as Facebook®, Twitter®, YouTube®, LinkedIn®, and Instagram®. This includes social media plugins like the Facebook “Like” and X “Tweet” buttons. When using these platforms and plugins, your username and password for each service might be shared with us. Additionally, these platforms may collect information about you, including your activity, and may notify your connections about your use of our site. They may also track your activity across multiple websites to provide more targeted advertising. Please be aware that their own privacy policies apply, and we recommend reviewing them. We may periodically add new social networking plugins and buttons to our site.

  • Facebook
We may use Facebook to deliver interest-based advertisements to users who have previously visited our site and to assess how users engage with those ads. This can be done through web tracking tools or by using contact information you have provided, such as your email address or phone number. For details on Facebook’s advertising privacy policies and how to opt out, please visit https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/

Any financial incentive we offer will reasonably relate to the value of your personal information and include written terms outlining the program’s key aspects. Participation in such programs requires your prior opt-in consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
